Axon is a virtual PBX for Windows or Linux that allows you to manage calls in a business or call center. By installing this software on any PC, anyone can now implement a scalable VoIP based PBX. This incredible program works as a telephone switch connecting to phone lines and extensions using the latest VoIP technology, offering all the normal features of a traditional PBX such as allowing internal or external calls and more advanced call queuing for call center applications. The software is very easy to use and intuitive, so in a few minutes you will be able start making phone calls. If you want to have more advanced features, you can upgrade to Axon Plus and you will get unlimited number of extensions or external lines, among other things. The software works well with hardware type VoIP extensions which just plug into the LAN, with computer based softphones where you make calls through your computer and with USB Phones. What is more, it supports all the standard PBX features like call transfer, hold, and record, MD5 security authentication and the international standard Session Initiation Protocol for VoIP. |
